Special of Table Tennis

Hye my lovely readers!!! Thanyou for visit me again... (pffttttt you think you artist huh?) hahahahahahaa... How are you? Fine? Alhamdulillah. So today, i want to share with you. the bennefit of  playing table tennis 

Okay... first of all... before i want to share with you what is bennefit of table tennis is... I want to tell uollss that before this i was a school representative for a table tennis... and i got second place. wehhhaaaaaaaaa. hehehehehee not so proud.. because that was 5 years ago. hahahaa. just want to flashback actually... and when i scondary school, im not active more in sports...

Okay... before i tell you what is bennefit of table tennis... i want to teach you how to play table tennis.... hehehee this post actually for those who doesnt know how to play table tennis.. 

Okay lets starts with basic skills, first we must develop a strong backhand and forehead. you must be able to hit the ball from the either side of your body. Thats the way if you want to become good at the table tennis. Secondlly, its generally not practical to sweitch hands, so get confortable with both of your forehead and backhand shots. And lastlly.... you must learn to put spin on the ball heeee.. its easy right? 
After that....what is bennefit of table tennis? 

 Playing table tennis is a great way to stimulate the brain and promote quick thinking while improving hand-eye coordination. Table tennis is a low-injury risk sport that keeps one fit and flexible, without putting severe stress on joints.


Playing improves hand-eye coordination and it stimulates mental alertness, concentration and tactical strategy. This makes it the perfect game for young people to sharpen reflexes, and for older people to refine tactics.


Improves balance. Staying balanced and being able to quickly change direction are key to being successful in a ping pong rally. This is especially important for the elderly.


Yeahhhh thats it.... I hope you will keep play table tennis... 
Actually every each sports have their own bennefit.. but for sure... we must keep playing sport!!! Because it will make our body stay helathy..
